Many pages cannot be located (many of them are still linking to Java.net), even the tutorial page is down (https://www.java.net//bin/view/Javawsxml/Rome05Tutorials) which is unacceptable and stop newcomers to learn using this library.
I feel that this project is dying slowly, but there aren't comparable libraries available at the moment (some support RSS only, some support Atom only, some doesn't have proper exception handling, etc.).

This roadmap looks to be a few years old - is there anything more up-to-date on rome? Also, I see that some work has actually started on a new generics branch - is this going to be integrated in a future release?
Finally, it would be great to move (or at least mirror) the project on github, to encourage people to actually contribute - rome is probably heavily used but there is no clear way someone can actually contribute to the codebase.
